Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel impacts

We are currently experiencing a high volume of customer enquiries and long call wait times. We are doing everything we can to assist you as quickly as possible.


Booked on a ‘Flash Sale’ or ‘Hot Deal’ travelling after the 30th April

At this stage the Terms and Conditions from which you purchased your travel offer are still in place. Those terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cancellations or amendments under any circumstances.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or combined with any other form of discount or membership.
  • Travel dates are subject to availability at time of booking.

For reservations arriving between 17/03/2020 to 30/04/2020 you are able to request a date change or holiday credit to be used against future holidays subject to Supplier conditions.   • Name and Surname
  • Booking Guest Code

DELAY IN MEMBER WELCOME PACKS

Due to a delay in receiving printed material, we are unable to send the Hightide Holidays Members Welcome Packs within our standard 28 day delivery period. Please know we are working closely with our printers to get these to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time.
