Members now qualify for Rewards. Any time a member purchases, Hightide Dollars will be added to your account. Put simply, after you've taken 2 or 3 getaways through Hightide, you are well on the way to a free holiday reward. The Members Only area will automatically show the Rewards you've earned.

Member Login

When next you go to the Hightide website at www.hightide.com.au, you will be asked to login. Simply include your member number, shown on any voucher, envelope or receipt from Hightide. If you tick the cookie box, your PC will remember - you won't need to sign in again.

Once you've logged in, all of the exclusive and private deals Hightide offers its members can be displayed.

Member Rewards Account

Each time you buy through Hightide or pay for a booking, you earn Hightide Dollars. For purchases and for holidays before the end of March 2010, earn up to 10% (maximum reward per holiday is 50 Hightide Dollars) into your Rewards Account. Once your Rewards Account reaches $200, then it can be redeemed towards any purchase or booking through the HelpLine. Once you've earned enough Hightide Dollars, redeem them for a Free Holiday. Only pay the difference if you haven't earned sufficient points (once you've reached 200).

Ratings and Reviews

Members are encouraged to leave reviews and ratings for their stays to assist other members. Where a resort has been reviewed, our new icon will be displayed where 5 = excellent, 1 = unsatisfactory. Click the icon to read Member Reviews or leave your own review.
