REDEEM YOUR VIP VOUCHER

Once a booking is made you will receive an email confirmation of the booking together with the number of vouchers to be redeemed.

You will need to follow 3 important steps to complete the process.

1	PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION Print the booking confirmation that was emailed to you.
2	ATTACH VOUCHER/S Attach the required number of VIP Vouchers to the booking confirmation.
3	PRESENT UPON ARRIVAL Present the booking confirmation and VIP Vouchers at reception upon check-in.

IMPORTANT: Hightide VIP vouchers MUST be presented with your booking confirmation at the property so you can enjoy your Hightide Holidays getaway.
