Booking Terms & Conditions

1. This voucher is available for purchase until 5.00pm (AEST) Saturday 27 April 2013.
2. Valid for travel from 24 April 2013 to 31 January 2014.
3. The travel period has black-out dates: 18 May, 25 May, 21 Jun - 7 Jul, 23 Dec 2013 - 5 Jan 2014.
4. Your booking must be confirmed by 24 May 2013. If your booking is not confirmed you will forfeit the purchase price.
5. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. To book your stay call us.
6. A voucher will be sent on confirmation of payment from the customer.
7. The voucher is valid for up to 2 people staying in a 1 Bedroom Apartment or 4 people in a 2 Bedroom Apartment.
8. Maximum room capacity is 3 people in a 1 Bedroom Apartment or 5 people in a 2 Bedroom Apartment.
9. Extra nights may be purchased on booking confirmation at the rate of $87 per night in a 1 Bedroom Apartment or $149 per night in a 2 Bedroom Apartment.
10. 1 extra guest permitted - $44 per night (room only). Infants (0-2 years) stay free of charge using existing bedding.
11. Bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cancellations or amendments under ANY circumstances.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or combined with any other form of discount or membership.
