| I've always been a bit hesitant when it comes to sell things over the phone but (Kylie) was wonderful. I was interested when she first told me about it but was having financial difficulties at the time. Kylie said she would ring me back in a few months. When she rang back I was still having problems, but she was very understanding and was not pushy and showed empathy to my situation. After putting her off 4 times I was able to purchase some vouchers. With her understanding, patience and not being pushy I felt very comfortable purchasing vouchers. I appreciate how she and Hightide have made my experience a good one. Thank you!!!! |
